My mother ordered windows on May 11th. June 21st they came to install 3 out of 5 windows. A member of the team was passed out in the vehicle due to being hungover. The ones installed had rounded molding not straight to match the others. One window does not fit properly on the inside or outside. They tried to rectify with caulking instead of repairing the piece. The remaining windows were incorrectly ordered and told they had to return at a later date. June 23rd they phoned to say they haven't ordered. July 10th they phoned to say they'd be in the 25th. Never showed. Never phoned. Finally reached the office only to be told they will now be in August 15th. A deposit has been made. No discount or service offered in exchange for frustration. This business is fraudulent.
