They are the best place I have found so far to frame my wife's cross stitch and needle point original art works. After hundreds of hours on a piece I want it finished off with the level of care it deserves and they deliver.
Ordered a frame they said 2 months.....that was May now almost October and no call and no frame. Went online and ordered the same frame for half the price and it's awesome. If you want slow or no service go here. Had many more frames I wanted done but I will stay online. Local businesses need to provide what they promise and care about in person customer service or people like me will go online....too bad I tried to stay local....
