They are only open 2 hours a day for dropping off packages (4-6 pm M-F). I am glad they have some hours, just not enough.
We used to love having ups bring stuff we ordered online to our house. Then, they gave us a new driver. Just in the last month they delivered my medicine to my neighbors house ( my medicine needs to be refrigerated by the way) and it took overnight for them to "locate" it. Thank goodness for trackers in the box. The next incident was for a Christmas present, which I get delivered to my in-laws address. The item came damaged which wasn't discovered till my husband "unwrapped" the plastic wrap and saw the cracks and missing pieces. I figured not a huge deal, I called the company I ordered it from and they sent another replacement free. My in-laws just brought it over last night and this one was even more severely damaged than the first one! I understand my item isn't in a box and it is kinda light but how much common sense does it take to be careful with other people's shipments!? Seriously, my next step is to call the St. Johnsbury, VT. hub of ups and see what they are going to do about this issue. I really don't want to use ups anymore after this.

the worst facility ive ever seen. I payed for next day air which is expensive, there website says the package arrived in st J at 10:30 am ,here it is 5pm and the website says delayed, will need to reschedule ! They could have walked the package here, whats the delay?
Employees at facility and drivers are all friendly and courteous, wish they could figure out the problems with my address and provide a local number so I wouldn't have to drive there every time something goes wrong. I can call 800 number and have someone in California forward my message and have them call me back after a couple hours, but number comes up as private, plus missed the call so would have had to go through same process all over again, so drove there and wasted a trip because package was rescheduled for delivery again and was back out on truck. Being able to call would have been and would be so much easier.
